Founder
Hassan Muhammad Mushtaq — founder and principal consultant.
17+ years across telecom and ICT, spanning the customer, systems integrator and OEM sides of the industry.
Why this matters
Eight years on the other side of the table.
Before founding Criticom, Hassan spent eight years on the OEM side — first at Redline Communications, then at Aviat Networks following Aviat's acquisition of Redline, latterly in technical sales. That work put him inside how vendors scope a link, price a proposal, and where proposals get padded.
Criticom now works for the customer. When Hassan reviews a vendor proposal or validates a design, he is reading it the way the vendor's own sales engineering team would — because that used to be his job. That is a position competitors without OEM-side experience cannot copy.
